We all have them in our lives…those people whose negative energy makes us feel like we’re swimming in a sea of toxic waste…those people whose glass is always half empty and never full…those people whose negative energy could stop the Energizer bunny in his tracks.
If you want a happier life, it’s time to say “bye-bye” to these eight types of toxic people…
the Judgmental ones- Judgmental people will find a way to criticize anything and everyone they come in contact with. They jump to conclusions before they hear the facts. They aren’t good listeners and they’re horrible communicators.
the Envious ones- Envious people will not be happy for you…ever! They feel that it should happen to them and nobody else.
the Control Freaks- Control freaks don’t ever want to listen. According to them they know everything and they know the best way to do everything.
the Arrogant ones- Don’t confuse confidence with arrogance. Confident people inspire; arrogant people intimidate and annoy. Someone with an arrogant attitude feels he or she is superior to everyone else.
the Victims- The victim will always make excuses and blame others for their mistakes and wrongdoings. They are some of the most toxic people to be around. They will never accept responsibility and will always point the finger at others.
the Negative Nancies- Someone who is always negative will drain your positive energy immediately. They thrive on bringing everyone down around them.
the Liars- To be successful you have to surround yourself with other successful individuals that you can trust and count on. You can’t trust liars because you never know if they are lying or telling the truth.
the Gossipers- People gossip because they are insecure. They don’t know how to separate fact from opinions and when the truth gets twisted, wrong information is conveyed and feelings get hurt.
Do you recognize yourself or anyone else you know in this group? If so…
…because time is valuable and life is too sweet to surround ourselves with the wrong kinds of people.
As always feel free to share…
